Whiskered / Brandt's bat distribution map
- Large green dots = confirmed summer or winter roosts
- Small green dots = unconfirmed roosts identified by droppings
- Small yellow dots = bats away from the roost
Records from the North Nottinghamshire Bat Group and the South Nottinghamshire Bat Group.
The dots on the map represent an area 5km x 5km square. They do not represent a full picture of where the species occurs but just where we have found them (not all of our records are on computer yet so some records may be missing). Important note for ecological consultants - please do not use these maps for data searches as they may not present an up to date picture of distribution.
